Abstract: Indeed, the dimension of rights that are basic is free to believe in trust; one of the beliefs in Indonesia that is still alive is Towani Tolotang. In connection with the study used a socio-legal study that focuses on descriptive-fundamental and comparative research methods, while the approach used is the historical approach, case approach, and comparison approach. Towani Tolotang's belief which is different from other faiths in Indonesia that are recognized by the state, should have the same right argued on the philosophical basis of the first principle of Pancasila "God Almighty", the constitutional basis of the 1945 Constitution Article 28 "Freedom of belief," and strengthened with Decision of the Constitution Court No. 97/ PUU-XIV /2016. In the Japanese context, there are similarities with Indonesia related to traditional beliefs such as the Shinto that lives to this day, and their existence is protected by the state through the policy that the state does not deal with matters of religion through the Japanese constitution. It is different from Malaysia which does not recognize traditional beliefs, but in the context of the protection of trust, it is regulated in the Federal Constitution of Malaysia that unfortunately, besides being Sunni Islam, security is not essential or limited to administrative protection.

Abstract: An evidence-based analysis of COVID-19 suggests that the ailment is a bio-medically inclined natural mystic blowing through the world. To this end, this study focuses solely on the role the pandemic plays as an outbreak of cybercrime vector. The study presents a number of the world’s most recent cyber insecurity cases that accompanied the onset of the pandemic and findings were discussed within the context of situational opportunity theory of crime. It provides a framework for emergency management approach to protect global citizens and institutions from cyberattacks, as well as, mitigating the outbreak of the crime being propagated by the presence of the novel virus. Global sensitization and awareness programmes across various communities on the potential dangers of cyber insecurity accompanying the COVID-19 pandemic should be helpful. Abstract: Juvenile theft is the leading crime among adolescents in Korea and is a serious social concern. The present study is an examination of youth theft in the framework of general strain theory, which asserts that criminal behavior occurs as a response to various strains, such as parental abuse and neglect. To test the role of parent-youth gender dynamics in the relationship between parental strain and youth theft, the current study analyzed a community-based sample of youth offenders and non-offenders in Korea (N = 374) using multivariate logistic regression models with interaction terms. Paternal physical abuse and maternal neglect predicted greater youth involvement in theft behavior. Regarding parent-youth gender dynamics, there was no difference in the role of maternal or paternal maltreatment in predicting theft behavior in sons or daughters. The exception was fathers’ neglect, in which daughters showed higher odds of theft engagement than did sons who experienced even greater paternal neglect. The findings underscored the distinct and detrimental role of parental maltreatment in adolescent theft. The results supported the need to reach out to parents in consideration of the youth’s gender and provided important implications for guiding current social services in preventing juvenile theft in Korea.

The most important factor shaping public opinion was the periodical press. The authors emphasize that events on the European continent, including local conflicts, significantly influenced the mindset of British society, combined with an acute party struggle on foreign policy issues. The practical component of the article is based on the analysis of about 20 titles of British Newspapers political orientation. The results of the study showed that the publications were divided on the issue of criticism or support for the Italian-German intervention in Spain as follows: sharp rejection - the Communist, labour and liberal press (violation of international norms, understanding of intervention as aggression); neutral or slightly negative attitude: part of the conservative press (mutual internationalization of the conflict).
