Alessandro_Musetti.pngAlessandro Musetti is a research fellow in Dynamic Psychology at the Department of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Cultural Industries of the University of Parma. He earned his Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Parma in 2012. He is specialized in group-analytic psychotherapy at the Italian Group-Analytic Society and completed his training in psychoanalysis at the Italian Psychoanalytic Association. His main research interests are the psychodynamics of addictive behaviors and the separation-individuation process in adolescence. He authored over 50 papers published in peer-reviewed journals and several oral or poster presentations at national and international meetings.

Linda_Hume-Profile.jpgLinda Hume is a Registered Nurse-Learning Disability and is an Independent academic and consultant. This also involves a post with the Challenging Behaviour Foundation as a Coproduction and Engagement Lead, Lead for Research and Practice Leadership at the IABA Research and Education Foundation, and a lecturer at several universities across the UK.

Linda has worked in a range of leadership roles in Health, Social Care, and Academia.

Her teaching, research, and consultancy focus on working with families and supporting organizations to understand and implement evidence-based, person-centered approaches for people with intellectual disability.

Linda’s research interests include:
The implementation of person-centered support for people with an intellectual disability.
The implementation of Multi-Element Behaviour Supports.
Organizational approaches that lead to improvements in Quality of Life.
Practices that enhance the role of practice Leadership and Coproduction with families..

Angelo_Rega.jpgAngelo Rega is a psychologist and psychotherapist with a PhD in psychology. For years, he has been researching how to understand which models and methods are most suitable for enhancing learning using technology, serious games, and artificial intelligence systems. He has collaborated on several funded projects and is the director of private research laboratories and consultant for some innovative start-ups.
