Abstract: Currently around the world affected by the covid-19 virus or known as the corona. Virtual work is now important to do besides the outbreak of this virus case. This is a challenge for the company and employees in facing the coronavirus epidemic. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the effectiveness of virtual working to achieve optimal employee performance amid the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a systematic review (Systematic Review) using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) method which is carried out systematically by following the correct stages or research protocols. Next, we present the results of our analysis in the form of recommendations in the implementation of virtual work activities. we recommend six approaches to support virtual work, namely the first is managerial support, the second is infrastructure, the third is a new policy and new rules, the fourth is scheduling, the fifth is trust, communication, and feedback, the sixth is technology applications, the last is knowledge sharing.

Is Mob Lynching a Contemporary Social Problem in India? - Pages 315-324

Abstract: The cases of mob lynching against the vulnerable groups are the matter of grave concern in contemporary Indian Society which is the worst form of crime against humanity. Today, people belong to vulnerable groups such as minorities and Dalits are seriously attacked and assaulted to death by a mob of people of a particular community. These cases of mob lynching definitely affect the way of life and sense of well-being of minorities and Dalits to a large extent causing a fracture in their social and personal status in society which they have got as a human being. The objectives of the study are to understand the nature of mob lynching in the socio-cultural context of India and to examine the linkage between social media and mob lynching. The present study employs content analysis for the study of mob lynching. The data have been collected from lynching affected regions of the country through various Newspapers (Hindustan Times, The Hindu, The Indian Express and The Times of India etc., Delhi Edition) and monthly magazines (India Today and Economic Political Weekly etc.). The cases of mob lynching have been collected from March, 2013 to September, 2019. The study has found that the cases of lynching are committed against minorities and Dalits due to suspicion of beef consuming, cow slaughtering, skinning of dead cows child lifting, and theft. The study also indicates that most of cases of mob lynching are committed due to fake news, rumors and hate speeches which are circulated on social media platforms.

Abstract: Rationale for research is presented in the form of a proposed structure of the methodology’s elements for pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses. It is notable that this novelty is based on the provisions of the new edition of Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which came into force on January 01, 2015. The research objective is to enhance the efficiency of investigating criminal offenses against the foundations of the constitutional order as well as the security of the state, criminal offenses in the field of informatization and communications, criminal offenses in the field of economic activity and medical criminal offenses, which, in turn, are the sources of the development of the structure of the methodology for pre-trial investigation of such types of socially dangerous acts. They were previously not covered in public editions. Research methods are the formation of the data structure of particular methods of pre-trial investigation of crimes based on not just theoretical experience, but also the accumulated practice of a preliminary investigation in the country, the new and far abroad, for example, crimes against the person, property, etc. Research results include the developed structure of the methodology for pre-trial investigation of these crimes. The study will serve as an impetus for further theoretical development of particular methods of pre-trial investigation of certain types of criminal offenses along with their implementation in the practice of pre-trial investigation in the country’s investigative apparatus.

The Morale of Supervision: The Impact of Technical Supervision Skills of Teaching and Learning on Teachers’ Self-Efficacy  - Pages 335-349

Abstract: The Minister of Education Malaysia specifically issues Circular 3/1987, which notes that it is the responsibility of the principal or director to practice his position as a supervisor in the management of the teaching and learning process in the classroom. This is show that the importance of supervisory processes. However, oversight can be assigned to senior assistants in the case of any obstacle to its execution. The consistency of monitoring is frequently contested because of several issues and vulnerabilities. Recognizing the importance of supervisory processes to enhance teacher professionalism, this study was conducted to examine the influence of teaching and learning supervision and teacher self-efficacy. This research was conducted among 211 teachers who engaged in the teaching and learning supervision process in 13 primary schools chosen by the Jeli District Education Office, Kelantan. The questionnaire was used to gather data and information. The study also indicates that the dimension of professional supervision skills has the greatest effect on the instructor's self-efficiency. In brief, the evaluation of teaching and learning cannot be overlooked, because the findings of the study suggest that these factors have to do with the self-efficacy of the teacher, and cannot be discounted as a factor in the performance of the school.
