Abstract: Normatively, the scholars agreed that pregnant women marriage is considered legal, but it must be carried out again after giving birth. There is a renewal of the law relating to the legality of the marriage contract for a pregnant woman. In this case the Indonesian Islamic scholars consider sociological and psychological elements especially the local culture of Indonesian society, but then KHI was a compromising approach to customary law. That compromise is seen from fact happened deviation in teaching of fiqh associated with sociological and psychological factors. Besides, the ultimate goal of permission principle of marrying pregnant woman is to provide a definite law protection to child in the womb, even though that child’s status is outside of marriage Keywords: Contract, Pregnant Women, Renewal. |

Abstract: The paper presents an analysis of various opinions concerning radio-industry development issues, given new IT processes implemented in mass media. The authors study the technological evolution of radio broadcasting in terms of analyzing its main development stages. They provide an assessment of listeners’ high confidence in radio broadcasts as compared to other mass media sources. Focus is placed on promoting sonic brands in the sphere of media-communication. The researchers also pay special attention to podcasting as a new way to listen to audio-content. The advantages and possible consequences of podcasting influence on radio-industry are assessed. The research is based on the expert discussion on radio broadcasting issues which took place at “Radiodays Europe 2019”. Abstract: The article reveals the essence of project education in the classroom in the foreign (English) language of students of non-linguistic specialties of the University. Project training is considered by the author as one of the effective teaching methods that allows you to transform academic knowledge into real life experience of students. The author draws attention to the fact that the inclusion of project activities in the educational process of students of the university contributes to the formation and development of information skills that quite effectively fits into the educational process, carried out in the form of a workshop, effective if all the stages of the project activities that necessarily include the presentation. The implementation of project training was carried out on the basis of the University. A sample of the study consisted of 20 first-year students of profile "Lawyer". The study took place in three stages. At the organizational stage, primary diagnostics of the communicative competence development level was carried out through testing and a communicative case. At the second stage, the project activity was carried out within one semester within the framework of the four topics in accordance with the thematic plan of the English language program: “Trip planning”, “The development of the ecological situation”, “Which is better: city or in the countryside?”, “Young people in modern society”. At the third stage, re-diagnosis was carried out by means of testing and a communicative case. Abstract: Teaching English is based on the development and improvement of lexical skills, the appropriate use of words, phrases, idioms that are most suitable for describing a particular situation. Understanding words and expressions allows us to convey the meaning of our intentions in the process of communication. The goal of a teacher of a foreign language is to gradually expand the vocabulary of the student and activate the studied vocabulary by organizing a system of exercises that stimulate communicative expressions. «The secondary language personality is viewed by modern linguistics as abilities to communicate in foreign languages. It is difficult to overestimate the importance of that conclusion for the process of teaching a foreign language as it assumes basic distinctions in the choice of teaching methods for various groups of language learners». One of the major problems in learning English is listening comprehension. This problem is faced not only by beginners, but also people with a high level of knowledge.
