Abstract: Competitive advantages in the market can be accumulated both with the use of the mechanism of cooperation, and as a result of coordination in the interregional sphere. The relevance of the study is determined primarily by the fact that cooperation between organisations allows to increase competitiveness in the foreign market. However, this gives rise to a contradiction that determines that cooperation between companies is possible only if the conglomerate or certain entities own controlling shares. With that, companies should not only constitute holding structures, but primarily be co-operators in the production cycle. The novelty of the study is determined by the fact that strategic cooperation is proposed to be considered not only as a set of practical actions on the part of the state or regulatory structures, but also of consulting bodies. It is proposed to use the mechanisms of strategic cooperation based on mutual conditionality of interests and security of budgetary mechanisms that allow for practical activities. The authors also admit the possibility of the use of public-private partnership mechanisms. The practical significance of the study is determined by the fact that each of the participants in the organisation of strategic management of enterprises can use not only strategic, but financial and systemic interaction mechanisms to form.

Abstract: The formation of the practical competence of the cultural cycle is determined, first of all, by the formation of access to the fund of material and non-material forms of art, which makes it possible to expand the possibilities of an individual to increase his cultural level. The relevance of the study is determined primarily by the fact that each individual must not only carry out his practical activities but also form an understanding of the meaning of cultural studies in his mind. In this regard, and in the context of overcoming crisis phenomena in the economy, turning to non-material forms becomes a priority task for bearers. The novelty of the research is determined by the possibilities of increasing access to cultural products, while the importance of access is determined not only by high culture. The authors show that the ability to access forms of mass culture also matters. It is shown that one of the possibilities of access to popular culture is to increase the level of distribution of library access. Using the example of countries that declare their commitment to raising the cultural level of the population, the necessity for the development of digital educational resources is shown. The practical significance of the study is determined by the possibilities of widely involving the population in the processes of digitalisation of information carriers about art and, on the basis of this, about the formation of general cultural competence in society as a whole.

Abstract: Communicative behaviour is primarily based on the understanding of the ways a person interacts with other members of society and how much this reflects the cultural component of the communication process. This also includes the structure of discourse, which affects the communicative content of communication. The relevance of studying the specifics of organising discourse by representatives of oriental linguistic cultures is conditioned by the need to understand the deep cognitive mechanisms of their communicative behaviour in the context of the ever-increasing globalisation of the modern world. The novelty of the study is that it analyses some key factors that have a direct impact on the formation of communicative behaviour of carriers of the eastern mentality. The paper presents some deep aspects of the formation of a communicative culture in the traditions of the East, the study of which is of particular interest in the context of the growing need for successful intercultural communication. Communicative behaviour is analysed in the context of the correlation of language and culture, language and national mentality, language and consciousness. The practical significance of the study is determined by the need to form a global communicative space and structure the worldview aspect of intercultural interaction.

Abstract: The development of resistance to life phenomena or other social reactions is based on the study of social response, which can be considered as the basis for the functioning of the socio-economic system in crisis conditions. For residents of the pre-retirement age, this is more important, since the opportunity to actively influence their personal sources of income and the development of trajectories of personal development is being lost. The relevance of the study is conditioned by lack of methods that study the features of the psychological well-being of an individual in modern realities in psychological science. In this regard, the paper aims to research psychological well-being, which measures certain components, aspects, types, and levels of psychological well-being. To achieve this purpose, the following methods were used in the paper: theoretical (method of system analysis of theoretical scientific approaches and concepts); empirical (survey method, testing); statistical methods of data processing (correlation, factorial, multiple regression analyses), the method of qualitative data analysis. The authors show that a significant function of sustainability in the social environment allows to fully implement development programmes that are involved in the design of documents for socio-economic development. The paper proves that the necessity of forming such a response is based on the long-term impact of political, social, and economic crises. The practical significance of the study is determined by the fact that social response allows to ensure resilience not only for the generation that is moving away from active social life, but also to ensure the continuity of individual structures that need to be implemented to develop sustainability in the socio-economic environment.
